Who are you?

We are looking for a new team member to join our ambitious and values-driven team in Stockholm as a Product Marketing Manager. You will be a key player and culture carrier with the possibility to continuously grow fast and drive the global impact of Albacross. We believe that you understand the customer journey from ‘Awareness’ to ‘Expand’ and how marketing is at play in all different stages. You understand the SaaS business model and have hands-on experience in developing go-to-market and sales enablement messaging and assets to support sales, customer success, marketing, product and engineering teams.

We need your help in:

  • Product launches: Developing alignment and operate as the link between Sales - Product and Engineering, working upstream to influence the design and launch and downstream to ensure customer experience and overall marketing strategies are aligned.
  • Market intelligence: Being the go-to expert on industry trends and competitors that will guide our go-to-market strategies and provide feedback and guidance to other teams as needed
  • Targeting audiences: Developing a deep understanding of our personas and what their customer journey looks like. Update personas, customer journey maps on an ongoing basis and ensure the right messaging and positioning
  • Conceptualizing and Executing: Owning the go-to-market plan for new products working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to build effective launch strategies.
  • Educating and Inspiring: Developing product education initiatives and opportunities to ensure that all departments, but especially our Customer Success team are armed with the most accurate information, and have the most compelling stories to tell about our products.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Creating, leading and managing campaigns from idea generation, content creation and execution and distribute it across marketing channels and website.

We need that you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial leadership for a B2B SaaS business with deep experience in product marketing, digital marketing, B2B sales or Business Development
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • A true storyteller with a proven track of excellent writing skills, able to convey complex and technical products into something easily understandable.
  • Have creativity to turn analytical and technical detail into engaging content
  • Eye for what looks good or not. Basic layout & design skills are welcome, but not required
