Who are you?

We are looking for a new team member to join our team in Stockholm as a Customer Success Manager to help build the relationships with our current and new clients, and ensure a winning onboarding and customer experience. We believe that you are well organized, goal orientated and have great communication skills in order to build meaningful relationships. You will manage a portfolio of our most valuable accounts, both new and existing, with a complete responsibility of the entire customer journey from when they sign up with Albacross.   

 

We need your help with:

  • Onboarding your accounts, making sure they are set up and ready to succeed.
  • Creating and following up on Success plans for each account. 
  • Maintaining an overall great contact with your book of accounts via periodic meetings and touchpoints. All to ensure a correct product adoption and high value realization to ultimately make your customers renew their contracts. 
  • Identifying and acting on both upsell opportunities and known risk behaviours.
  • Acting as your customer’s strategic advisor and business consultant, to coach your accounts with strategies, advice and best practices.
  • Understanding the customer’s business by conducting consultative questioning. 
  • Being the premium point of contact for the entire organizational needs of your accounts (Bis Dev, Sales, Marketing and Product).
  • Serving as the liaison between our customers, product team, sales, marketing, etc, in order to communicate their needs and pain points.

 

We need you to bring:

  • Experience in working with customers in B2B, preferably from Customer Success or Account management. 
  • Knowledgeable within HTML, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRMs (preferably Salesforce/Hubspot) and Marketing Automation. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience in presentation, negotiation and sales techniques.  
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving and analytical. 
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction. 
  • Fluent in English.
