Customer Success Manager

Albacross is far from a mediocre tech company - instead of following the conventional path - we have the ambitious goal to disrupt and fundamentally change the global B2B digital marketing landscape. Our mission is to democratize the B2B digital marketing by making B2B information much more accessible and transparent. We have already begun the journey of disrupting the lead generation market by being the first company in the world offering free B2B website tracking, but the journey has only begun! Within the same application, users can now also take advantage of our advertisement tool, which can help them target specific companies with display advertising.

The demand of our product is huge and we are already at this point getting hundreds of new customers from all around the world on a weekly basis. Our yearly revenue is currently 11 MSEK and we are backed by some of the most well-known investors in the Nordics with outstanding track record. These investors are today central key players in companies such as Spotify, Facebook och TrueCaller and have a good understanding of what it takes to become a one-of-a-kind type of company. In February 2017 we received our latest investment round, and as a result, we are now growing our team.

What is in there for you?

You will join a fast growing startup with huge potential. Together with our COO, you will build up the Customer Success department and will inevitably play a vital role in the organisation. Your ultimate goal is to make sure that customers reach their digital advertising goals through using the Albacross platform.

You will own the overall relationship with your assigned customers, from getting them successfully onboarded, to helping them develop more sophisticated advertising. You will work proactively, help them grow and create remarkable campaigns.

Your will spend your working days in a modern and bright office in one of Stockholm's most attractive addresses. But above all, you will, together with us, work to achieve the vision we all share - to become pioneers and challenge the current status quo!

What you’ll do

In a nutshell, you will grow existing and new customer’s revenue by exercising the following on an

everyday basis:

  • You will operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your client portfolio

  • You will deliver consultative support and up-to-date education on our products

  • You will drive client strategy, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives

  • You will act as the client's advocate here at Albacross and explain what their issues are so that we can improve our offer

  • You will communicate progress of monthly initiatives, summarize feedback and adjust plans accordingly

Who you are

  • You have 2-3 years experience of a customer success role (either in-house or as a consultant) in an online advertising firm

  • You feel comfortable and truly enjoy being the trusted advisor to customers and help them achieve their goals

  • You are an engaging, solution-oriented person that feels passionate about building strong relationships with people

  • You get a thrill of turning problems into opportunities

  • You have the ability to internally present your client issues in simple, straightforward way

  • You have the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high- pressure situations in a fast-paced environment

  • You possess analytical skills and can identify trends/patterns with an entrepreneurial mind-set

  • You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English
