About the Role
As our new Junior Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the person customers trust, rely on, and enjoy talking to. You’ll make sure they feel supported, valued, and energized after every interaction.
You don’t need to know everything — we’ll support you every step of the way — but you’re the type who isn’t afraid to ask, learn, and grow. And when you hit a wall? That’s when you tap into the knowledge of our experienced teammates.
The day to day, is helping customers understand what Albacross can do, and how they can do it. Those are done via Meetings via Zoom or Google Meets. Log those meetings and issues to our systems, and present, and keep up with issues, together with our developer team.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication – You speak and write confidently, and you’re
comfortable representing yourself on camera. - Naturally curious – You love learning new things and asking the “why” behind the “what.”
- High integrity – You do the right thing, even when no one’s watching.
- Organized & dependable – You manage your time and projects well, even when juggling multiple tasks.
- Flexible & driven – You’re proactive, adaptable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help a customer succeed.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Some experience in customer success, sales, or similar roles
- Familiarity with websites, SaaS, or digital tools (personal or professional)
- Experience working remotely or through invoicing
- A desire to work for an international diverse team
